WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

I currently only ship to the UK however this isn't to say I won't ship outside of the UK. If you live in another part of the World, please drop me a message and I will have a look into postage prices for you.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Payments can be made by all major credit & debit cards (processed by Square), Square, or Paypal.

HOW LONG DO ITEMS TAKE TO SHIP?

Items that are ready to go will usually be shipped within 1-2 working days.

Personalised items will typically be dispatched within 3-5 working days however can take 1-2 weeks depending on how many orders I have in (as it's only me doing everything).

HOW MUCH IS P&P?

Most items will be sent via Royal Mail. Prices start from £3 up to £6.95 depending on the size/ weight of the item.

All postage is combined so you will never pay more than £6.95.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

I hope you will love your order however in the event you change your mind, I am unable to offer refunds on items that have been personalised/ made to order unleess faulty. If you do have any issues, please contact me and I will try to resolve it.

For any items 'to go' or that are not personalised, please return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt and its original condition for a full refund. Return postage to be paid by the buyer.
